Dr. de Leon with over 44 years in the martial arts, was a direct student of Hawaiian Lua Grandmaster Olohe Solomon Kaihiwalu (Hawaiian Lua), SGM Ernesto Presas (Kombatan Modern Arnis), Late Professor Oscar de Leon (Kenpo), Late Sifu Bill Hernan (Wing Chun), Senior Professor James Muro Kenpo Goshin Jitsu, and GM Samuel Kwok Ip Man Wing Chun. Professor de Leon has been teaching in the United States since 1993.
